KikBax were created in Denton, TX while studying at University of North Texas.  As a new Jeep Wrangler owner, I was eager to take off as many parts of my Jeep that I could.  First the soft top, then the doors.  While cruising streets and trails I found myself putting my foot on the tiny protruding door hinge or on the door jamb itself.  Neither option was comfortable or stable.  I then found a better way.  I came up with a design that would incorporate the side view mirror for safety, the foot peg for style and comfort, and a dome light for convenience, into one steel frame.

As easily as you took the doors off, you can put KikBax on. I use KikBax for every trip I take in my Jeep.
